Upon initial contact I require a $250.00 service charge which is refundable on acceptance of contract. I will give you quality work at a fair price. Serious inquiries only average price for drywall patch is anywhere from 250-400

I had a great experience with Lee! He was very responsive throughout the process and explained a lot of things about drywall. He has a lot of experience working with this stuff. Drywall is messy work. However the best looking finish is definitely what we got with JLC with a competitive and fair quote. It worked out well for us. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

We are selling our home and needed some drywall repaired. Lee was able to come out and do the work the same day I spoke with him. He also repaired and textured a hole in our wall that I attempted to repair myself. I will be leaving it to the experts from now on. Lee was professional and his work is outstanding. I highly recommend him and will be calling him if I need any further work in the future.

Leroy did a very nice job on a simple project (some minor drywall damage). It was especially great that he came out within a couple hours of when I created the request on Thumbtack, which was just today!

Leroy come over to give a bid and the next day when I decided to use his services, he was willing to work around my crazy work schedule. He was flexible in making time to complete the project and in one day. He even showed up early to get a good jump on it. Working with drywall and texturing is a messy job, but Leroy brought all the plastic to cover up my cabinets and countertop and several tarps to cover the floor.
He had ideas that I had not thought of to do, and he made my soffit where the old cabinetry was hanging, look like new! Just a fantastic job. Leroy went beyond just patching up some other holes and gaps in my ceiling. he made it more secure and stable before filling it all in and texturing.
Afterwards, his cleanup was impeccable--he even washed off all the debris and clutter from my front porch and stoop!
I would highly recommend Leroy Cordova for any drywall/texturing projects. If I have another project in the future for such needs, I know who I am going to call.
