Our musicians are organized by Rex Spease (Saxes, Clarinet & Flutes) Rex studied music at The United States Navy School of Music and at the University of Kansas. He has been playing professionally in the Denver area since 1980. He enjoys playing a variety of styles, including classical, jazz, country, swing, ethnic music and others. He has been a member of the Denver Musicians' Union for over 30 years and has played with various groups during that time. He, and the numerous musical associates with whom he has been affiliated, have performed for weddings, anniversaries and countless other occasions. Rex is excited and proud to be a member of various ensembles at this time, including Olde Town Swing Band, Crystal Swing Band, Cliff Spratt Music, Karen & the Eklektiks to name a few, playing a variety of original and cover music for exciting and entertaining productions.
