I wanted to go out of my way to provide a review - these guys are awesome. I was in the process of gathering some quotes for a mini split install. The conversation started and Quality Home mentioned they unfortunately can't service my area (I live out near Evergreen) - that said, they stayed on the phone for 15 min and talked me through how everything works and confirmed what kind of quotes I should be getting from other companies, recommended top system brands, and how effective they will be at my location. Even knowing they wouldn't be able to get my business - they took the time to walk through everything with me and made this way easier on my end. I wish I was able to work with them but had to share that feedback here.

Responsiveness and service were great. Amazing actually. They solved the issue promptly. That is more than half of the struggle. That earned them 3 stars. Matt (the tech) was great. However, the fees left me quite shocked and disappointed. First, they list “starting at $99” on Thumbtack but that is in fact not true. They’re DIAGNOSTIC starts at $99 but in reality their minimum is $187 per hour. Advertising $99 is unethical and misleading. For my project they had to replace a thermostat which cost $70 new. This should just be a pass-through cost (or minimal markup), since they just buy them at a regular store like Home Depot. Instead they mark up this price by, wait for it, 100% markup! That is insane. I am more than happy to pay a premium for speed and good quality, but paying $325 to replace a thermostat which took them less than an hour isn’t a “premium”, it is outrageous.

Where do I start?! These guys are so professional and really good at what they do. They took the time to do the job with excellent quality and even asked our input on how we wanted things to be installed and how we wanted things to look. They included us in the install and made us feel like we were family. These guys rock. They got the removal of the old furnace, install of the new furnace and install of the new a/c unit done in 1 DAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND TEAM!

We always encourage our clients to consider the investment in their HVAC units based on certain criteria. -Is this your forever home? •If so, you may want to consider getting a higher SEER2 rating for your Air Conditioning unit and a higher efficiency Furnace, 90% AFUE or greater. It is best to future proof your home by adding these systems in order to prepare for rising energy costs. Not only will you save money over a long period of time but by investing in better equipment you may qualify for certain rebates and tax credits.
