- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For $400 I offer two 15 minute separate conversations with parties, a 2 hour mediation session, and a Memorandum of Understanding if both parties are willing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting with the party who initially inquired about my services, I prefer to also connect with the other party involved in the dispute. (If there are more than 2 parties involved I charge an additional $50 per extra person). After that we will all agree on a time to meet I send a Zoom invitation to all parties. Mediation sessions last 2 hours. After we complete our session I will send a follow up email with a Memorandum of Understanding documenting the agreed upon objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors with BA in Communications with an emphasis in Interpersonal Communication and have completed Colorado's mediation course hour requirements. I have taught courses on conflict in the workplace, conflict in faith communities, and consulted on Senior Care. I also have a BA in Biblical Studies and have worked and taught in churches and para-church ministries for over 8 years. I have officiated numerous weddings and am passionate about helping couples establish an equitable and mutually satisfying start to Marriage.
