George was professional and was very practical in his approach to restoration. He didn't go overboard where as many restoration professionals want to rip everything out, so I appreciated that.

While its sometimes necessary to demolish everything, because you were so quick to take action after the initial water escape, tearing out the ceiling and ripping out all the carpet was not necessary. We hope such an occurence does not happen again, but if does, we are here to help!

He’s was in constant communication with us throughout the waterdamage repair, he was very up front about cost, he was incredibly professional and he was very considerate (took off his shoes or wore booties without even being asked because he knew we had a new baby). I cannot recommend him enough! We’d definitely hire him again. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with!

George gave me honest advice and did not try to overcharge - He advised how I could resolve my issue myself and save money, meanwhile offering to answer questions they came up or step in and remediate the mold if it turned out to be worse than expected. Our assessment provides our clients with a magnitude of scope, duration, and price. A lot of times it makes more sense not to file an insurance claim.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Restoration1 will come to your home assess the situation and provide you an assessment of what needs to be done answering any questions and address any concerns our clients might have. There is no high- pressure sales pitch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are water and fire certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Cleaning (IICRC) and mold certified with the Interactive Occupation Training (IOT). In addition, our franchise owner is a Project Management Professional practitioner certified through the Project Management Institute and is also a retired Veteran. These certifications/training ensures that our clients receive the highest level of service.
