FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At NotariServ, I believe in 100% upfront, transparent pricing—never any hidden surprise fees upon arrival. My pricing reflects full travel, professional service, and strict compliance with Colorado notary laws: General Mobile Notarization ($75): Includes travel to your location and your first notarized signature/stamp ($15 for each additional stamp). Estate Planning Services ($125): Includes travel to your home, hospital, or care facility, and up to two notarized stamps for Wills, POAs, or Trusts ($15 per additional stamp). Remote Online Notarization ($50): Conducted 100% online via video call using the secure Proof platform ($25 session fee + $25 legal stamp fee). Witnesses & Wait Time: If your documents require witnesses, I can supply live online witnesses ($30/witness). I also include a free 15-minute grace period for all appointments ($25 per 30 minutes thereafter if signers or documents are delayed).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make the entire process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free: Initial Inquiry: We review the document type, location, and required signers. Options & Upfront Quote: I outline whether an In-Person Mobile visit or Remote Online Notarization (RON) fits your needs best, along with a clear price breakdown. Pre-Appointment Checklist: I help ensure all signers have valid, government-issued photo IDs and that documents are ready (completely filled out, but unsigned). Execution: I arrive at your location (or host the secure online session), verify identities, administer any necessary oaths, witness signatures, and apply the official seal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA in Strategic Management and a BA in Leadership and Organizational Studies, providing me with a strong professional foundation in business operations, contract awareness, and clear client communication. On the specialized notary side, I am a fully commissioned Colorado Notary Public and a certified Remote Online Notary (RON) on the Proof platform. I maintain strict adherence to the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA) and undergo ongoing training in notary law, fraud prevention, estate planning document execution, and identity verification protocols. I also carry full Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance and am background-checked for your complete peace of mind.
