I can’t speak highly enough of Environmental Connection and the outstanding work they did during our unexpected mold remediation needs. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism, transparency, and care.
Their team was prompt, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire remediation plan in detail, answered all of my questions thoroughly.
What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. They didn’t just treat the visible mold, they investigated the root cause, addressed the moisture issue, and provided guidance to help prevent future problems. After the job was completed, they performed a full post-remediation assessment and provided documentation showing the area was safe and clear of contamination.

The folks at Environmental Connection are AWESOME. Their attention to detail, quality of work and safety standards are top-notch. 10 years ago they were able to thoroughly remove asbestos from our basement tiles, mastic (glue), and even the plaster walls!! This past Friday I closed on a fixer upper with asbestos popcorn ceilings, and they were able to get in and get the job done right away, even finishing a day early! Vanessa , Kari, Jesus and everyone at Environmental Connection are professional, knowledgeable, informative and kind, and they make sure to check with you before doing any work outside of what was discussed. They are amazing people to work with. Thank you so much guys. I feel that I can now safely move my family into our new home.
