- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a bonus for my students I give them free access to over 200 video lessons which reinforce what he/she had learned with me. I also provide homework after each of my personal classes. The homework is a great complement to the class content. All the material that I use and deliver is synchronized with the private classes and they always follow my direct method that has been tested over the last 10 years. My animated videos don't use translation, and and are also complemented by a number of live-action videos as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I like to offer them a free trial class, so they can see the quality of my method and of the materials that I use for themselves. After only one class the student can understand how he/she can learn over 80 words in only one class!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in communications, and have done extensive work in journalism and advertising. Brazilian Portuguese is my native language, but I also speak fluent English, Spanish and French, so can help many students from a cross-cultural perspective as well.
