- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge each project differently for any commercial project(s) based on the brief at hand. We do offer multiple photo and video production packages. All our services is based off of half and full day rates & require 25-50% deposit upfront depending on the project(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process that we will go through is to gain as much information during intro emails/calls and then schedule a follow up meeting in person or via zoom. Our goal for that meeting is to answer as many questions that you have and to start building confidence in our abilities to deliver. Once details are provided, we then decide which pricing offer works best for you. Whether that's a custom bid or one of our multiple packages offered. The next step may not apply to everyone, but this is where we get an agreement to start pre-production and get contracts signed. Then it's all about producing the most original high quality content for you!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice we can give a customer is to look for a provider that knows what they're doing, knows how & what to charge, and provides consistent high quality work.
