- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality Master Services uses a very reliable industry estimating software, On day one, your certified project manager will collect all the important information needed to assist in preparing your estimate. After the software pricing is prepared, we then locate any and all available discount programs for your zip code or area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From day one, Quality Master Services provides every customer with their very own senior project manager. He or she will effectively streamline all the services you'll be needing from start to finish. Regular inspections, photo's, moisture mapping, and insurance documentation is key on every mold and water loss we do. Our job will be to help you navigate through the insured, and or the uninsured claim process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
QMS requires each new certified employee to go through our rigorous restoration training program, here they learn all the latest new applications & techniques available.
