Familia Windows

Drew and Alex did a great job installing two windows for us at a reasonable price. Drew was very responsive and professional in his dealings with us. I would highly recommend Familia Windows for any window needs you might have.

Pros: owner very responsive and timely, his workers came next day. Cons: quality of work poor, see just a few of the photos below. Alex was awesome. However his co worker left a bit to de desired. Within 5 minutes of arrival, asked to use my private bathroom. Then asked 3 more times.. during covid. But isn’t it contractor 101, you do not ask to use clients facilities? Very intrusive. Same guy then asked me to retrieve him a glass with ice, twice, for his luke warm la croix ‘s he brought with him. It took an exhausting 6.5 hours to remove and install a front door. They had to remove my Anderson storm door(an add on fee 125.00) and bent the door in the process. 625.00 (I paid an additional 300 for the door myself). Below is what I got. I finally had to kick them out because we had dinner plans.

Familia Windows was very responsive and dependable. They came the day after I submitted my TT request and were able to replace two windows and repair a sliding door within a week. They communicated well and were on time for the job. I’d 100% hire them again!

We would recommend Familia without hesitation. Someone tried to break into our house through the window. We were in the process of selling the house at the time. They were very responsive, punctual and friendly. Their work was fantastic and they charges were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very prompt response. I was able to get my leaky basement window fixed within two days. I would absolutely hire them again for any other issues in the future.
