What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will find a time that works for both of us to meet on site and discuss scope of work.
-Next, I will work up a design from our discussion and scope of work with a quote attached to that design.
-From that design, we can modify things to add or remove things you do or don’t like, and do what we can to allow it to fit within your budget
-Once the project has been approved, I will send over a contract with a detailed scope of work via docusign, with our work schedule, the work being done, the payment schedule etc
-The project begins! The landscapers stay until the project is complete in full
-Customers begin to enjoy their new space!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science with a major in Horticulture and a minor in Agronomy from Iowa State University. Spent 9 years working on Division 1 athletic fields along with Super Bowl 52 practice fields for the NFL
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Doing this type of work for friends and family who have gotten burned by contractors before. Unfortunately we follow poor contractors sometimes, but we always are happy to give our clients a Positive and easy experience to get that outdoor space transformation they are hoping for!
