There is so much I could say about K&A Exteriors and the quality of their work. To set the stage, my backyard was in rough shape—previously landscaped, but completely neglected by the prior owner. I also wanted to incorporate more water-efficient options to reduce overall usage.
From the start, the K&A team exceeded expectations. Kevin truly listened—not just to what I needed, but also to what I wanted—and brought that vision to life in a way that felt both practical and thoughtfully designed.
The entire crew was punctual, responsive, and highly professional throughout the project. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the end result speaks for itself.
We will absolutely be using K&A Exteriors for future projects and would confidently recommend them to our neighbors and anyone looking for high-quality, reliable work.

After having many terrible experiences with contractors in the past, these guys really knocked it out of the park, punctuality, professionalism, and know how are extremely prevalent with the whole crew.

Worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. completely unprofessional and unable do the job they quoted to do and still expected to be paid in full. the team showed up 4 hours late everyday with inexperienced people. completed half the job then expected to be paid in full. left materials all over the yard after the job and grouted over grass and weeds and thought it was acceptable. I highly encourage noone to ever use this company for any landscaping needs. awful experience working with them and terrible results. If 0 stars would be available i would use that.

A&A Exterior Services's reply
We respectfully disagree with this review because it does not accurately reflect what occurred on this project.
Our crew arrived within the agreed-upon schedule, taking into account the approximately two-hour drive each way to your property. At no point were we "four hours late every day" as stated.
The agreed scope of work was to re-level and re-grout the existing flagstone, and that work was completed successfully. We stand behind the quality of the finished product and have before-and-after photos that we will be uploading so others can see the results for themselves.
From the beginning, we worked with you to fit the project within your budget by providing an initial discount. When we encountered a hidden site condition that made one small portion of the original plan impractical without causing the surrounding area to become unstable, we immediately discussed it with you. We explained that proceeding with that section would require substantially more labor and cost than either party had anticipated. At the time, this solution and the adjusted scope were understood and agreed upon by everyone involved.
Despite that, after the work was completed, you changed your position and attempted to use that issue to negotiate an even lower invoice for work that had already been completed.
We always strive to treat our customers fairly, communicate openly, and deliver quality workmanship. While we're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that satisfied you, we stand by the work we performed and the professionalism of our team.
