- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
EE&P believes you can be affordable and still make money without charging the client an arm and a leg! Being able to work directly with distributors and negotiate rates with vendors helps keep costs low, while providing amazing service. Our rates are set and they do not change if the client's budget increases. We provide the same quality of service to every client! The only changes that can increase price are event location, number of attendees and additional add ons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a FREE consultation. Go over your budget, timeline, ideas and set you on the path for success even if you decide not to hire us. We want to make sure it is a good fit not only for the company, but for the client as well. If contracted we will be with you every part of the way to help with everything from planning, to negotiating vendor contracts, building floorplans, timelines and assuring that you do not have to worry about a thing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are CPR Certified, TIP alcohol Certified along with having training in Fire Safety, Evacuation Procedures, Food and Beverage Safety. During an event multiple scenarios can arise and we want to be prepared as best as we can!
