It's been a passion of mine for a very long time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have cooked for clients who have allergies or medical issues such as Celiac Disease and Chrons Disease. I am able to cook for the entire family by modifying my recipes to work for the entire family. Also I enjoy working with family Doctors for dietary needs and concerns. I am able to substitute other ingredients to make dishes work so in a lot of cases they are still able to enjoy their favorite foods with out the side effects of eating it made the traditional way that it may have been prepared in the past.
