Chef Brando: (1) he has changed my life, (2) holy cow, this man can cook! Let me explain. My children both have an autoimmune disorder and their doctor has put them on a really, really, really restrictive diet. I really like my career, but in the past year, Ive had to take a leave of absence because I have to spend around 6-7 hours a day cooking! We found Chef Brando a couple of months ago, and he has really turned things around for us. Chef Brando does his own research, he plans and plans, and he works so hard for us. The end result is that Chef Brando takes this ridiculously restrictive food plan, and makes the most delicious amazing food ever. Did I mention that Chef Brando also makes the meals nutritionally complete? My son tells me that Chef Brandos food is to die for. (I agree). Now I actually have time to spend with my family! And my kids look forward to Chef Brandos food every week. We are truly grateful to Chef Brando.

"You should have Brandon make chicken again. No offense hon, but you make pretty lousy chicken, and Brandon's was delicious". Comment from my husband just a couple weeks ago. Brandon does makes wonderful food and yes I agree, he makes better chicken than I do.

Chef Spies is a awesome cook that has a wide variety of great recipes. I was often specific about what and how I liked different meals prepared and he always delivered. His food preparation and presentation always wowed me, he is truly a awesome chef.

Brandon did a small dinner party for me and the food was delicious! His staff and Brandon himself were very polite and professional during the event, too. Highly recommended :)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I still take cooking classes to sharpen my skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's been a passion of mine for a very long time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have cooked for clients who have allergies or medical issues such as Celiac Disease and Chrons Disease. I am able to cook for the entire family by modifying my recipes to work for the entire family. Also I enjoy working with family Doctors for dietary needs and concerns. I am able to substitute other ingredients to make dishes work so in a lot of cases they are still able to enjoy their favorite foods with out the side effects of eating it made the traditional way that it may have been prepared in the past.
