Kyle made the whole process of replacing our roof and gutters through an insurance claim a walk in the park! I had a pretty good idea that a hail storm caused some damage to our home, but I was nervous about finding the right company to help us. Then one afternoon, Kyle knocked on our door. He is very nice, personable, and upfront about the process. Not wasting any time, he got up on the roof, took some pictures and found damage. We called the insurance company that day to begin the process. I agreed to this knowing that we weren't signing anything or making any commitments at that point. Then, over the next few days and weeks, Kyle lead us and really handled the whole process - from talking to our insurance company (with me on the line as well), meeting back at our house with me and the insurance adjuster, and working with our insurance company regarding the claim. If any bumps came up, they were quickly and smoothly taken care of. This has truly been the easiest home repair / improvement we have ever done! I appreciate the professionalism and conscientious work from everyone involved.

We had the usual knock at the door from a guy saying he thought we needed a new roof; he could see hail damage from the street and would I be interested in talking about it. 'Why not?', I thought. I don't really have anything to loose. I'm so grateful I did! Kyle Marc of Michaels and Marc restoration took at look and we called in a claim straight away. The roof, garage doors, and a couple sections of gutters were replaced and the quality of materials, work crews, and especially Kyle as project manager were of the highest quality. Just be warned, because of insurance company involvement, the process took longer than I thought. But, at every step M & M restoration was great to work with. Working with a guy who just shows up at the front door is a little scary, but if your find yourself with Kyle or one of his guys from Micahels and Marc at your door, talk to them. They will take good care of you!
