I needed driveway and its connected walkway replaced as there were severe cracking and chipping. The team was pretty responsive even with an initial inquiry for a job estimate. They also came when they say they would and got right to work. I was given a 2-3 day job estimate, they wrapped everything by the end of the 2nd day. Overall responsive, friendly, quick, and great value for the job done.

I hired Tony and his crew for 2 small concrete slabs to be prepped, placed and stripped. I described what I needed, gave him photos of the site and he was able to give me a quote within minutes. I was providing the concrete so the quote was very reasonable. The wind during march kinda delayed the project but the job got done within a week after contact. Tony gave me photo updates throughout the project and got it all done same day. I am happy with the results and would hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty generic, we charge for the labor, the materials, any add ons; cement pump, stamps, sealant, disposal Ext.
Regular broom finish concrete: 6$-9$ per SQFT.
Stamped concrete: 10$- 13$ per SQFT.
Some jobs that are too small or big don’t get charged by the SQFT.
Referrals get cash back upon booking.
We also do previous customer discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Reliable Concrete we are very hands on specially with new clients. We have someone go down the day of the estimate and talk with the clients get there ideas, measurements, how they want the project done and when they want it done by. Once we have that down, I send them an estimate giving them a price and time frame as to when this will be done. Once the job is booked we collect 30-50% down and send them an email-call or txt to when we will begin. Upon completion pictures are sent to the clients along with a showing of the completed work to get the customers input and fix or add anything the customer can think off. All jobs come with a warranty which is included in the contract.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from my Uncle whom has been in the cement industry for more than 22 years. I always enjoyed helping him with small projects and once I believed I could do it alone I went for it knowing I would have plenty of help and guidance when needed.
