Last summer a busy contractor gave me Jared Metz's name. Jared was also busy but he promised to phone. I forgot but he did not. This summer Jared called and said he had some time. I asked him to stain my deck. He went one better. He repaired the deck before he stained it. Jared's work satisfies me so much that I asked him to restore siding on my house. He pointed out that much of it is OK and that I need not replace all of it, If he can fit me into his schedule I expect to completed more projects with him. My neighbor asked him to work on her deck. She and he negotiated Jared's first estimate. Jared listens when she or I ask questions or suggest ideas. Jared will replace siding on my house.
