FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 per hour, deposit required to set commitment to project and it covers cost of materials. Should further materials be required they will be added to invoice. I typically charge a trip fee depending on mileage. I do offer discounts for cash payments, repeat customers and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear their needs, set a time to walk it, before leaving the walk through I like to give them a rough estimate on time needed. (I usually overestimate just in case) Then I put together the material cost that will be required for the deposit. Once the deposit is paid. I get them on the books. Pick up my parts the day of and then communicate throughout the rest of the project just so they are in the know of my process and any curve balls or unexpected changes arise.(They often do)
