Hired to demo old concrete and pour new concrete drive and patio with stamped concrete. Favian and his crew were responsive, attentive, and did great work at a reasonable price. Would not hesitate to hire again.

He did a FANTASTIC job on the sidewalk and even replaced a stair we had sinking into the earth. We asked for a custom winding pathway to match the original one that was damaged by a wheel chair ramp and it literally looks like the same sidewalk brand new. Even called us out so we could put our initials in it. A+

We were absolutely thrilled with the efficient and beautiful job Mossar Boring Inc did installing a privacy wall for our back patio. Favian was a very reliable and effective communicator throughout the process which was much appreciated. The crew was punctual, proficient, and courteous. They left our patio space so clean it was like the privacy wall had been there forever! They also encouraged us to reach out if there were any things that we noticed needed touched up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can always change as material prices change, my estimates are good for at least one month. Cedar fence typically run in between 24-28 per linear ft depending on footage, requirements. Any staining is added extra vinyl fence is charged depending on design
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person, take measurements, look at the actual picture not just read about it. An estimate not done correctly can be in lost money to customers or myself. I don’t want to take anymore then what it really is worth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands on experience that we have learned from many other experienced people doing landscape and concrete for over 30 years. I like to hear from people that know more then me. To learn from previous mistakes. Although we all make mistakes we try to learn and not repeat these again.
