The floral arrangement, boutonnières, and corsages for my wedding were absolutely perfect. Tatyana exceeded our expectations and brought our floral vision to life! She was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. I appreciated how helpful she was in crafting a detailed quote that showed me exactly what she could offer within my budget. The day of provided exactly what we had asked for and it was absolutely stunning.On the day of the wedding, as a busy bride, I didnt see Tatyana much but I was in awe when I saw my bouquet and the arrangements. We cannot recommend Tatyana enough. She transformed a simple state park cabin into a magical forest complete with moss and vines draping from the ceiling. She is professional, friendly, creative, and a true artist. We had a woodsy-hobbity themed wedding and the way Tatyana incorporated wheats and millets, brass candlesticks, baskets, and gorgeous, texturally-interesting flowers elevated our budget wedding into something truly spectacular. It would not have been the stunner it was without your vision. 10/10 recommend Vibrant Hues Events.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is done based on the number of guests that are to be in attendance, and based on the type of event that is needing to be planned(some require me to be more hands on than others).
For florals, pricing is based on seasonality, the type of florals desired, and how much labor is involved to execute the vision.
I do offer EMT, Firefighter, and Military discounts. The other discounts a client can receive is when bundling event planning and floral services with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk with clients a little beforehand so that I can get an idea of what they desire for their events. I take what they tell me and come up with a clear and concise idea. This involves scouring the internet to make sure that my ideas are fresh and vibrant. I will come up with a few sketches of design details such as centerpieces, wall decorations, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The formal education I have obtained relating to my work as an event planner is a certification in Event Planning and Styling. I have also taken event planning classes at the University of Florida.
During my time at UF, I honed my event planning skills under an exceptional event planner. With her guidance, I have learned how to properly manage the large budgets that can come with special occasions. Fostering relationships with vendors was also highlighted to me during my time working with her. If I have good standing with local businesses, then my clients benefit with good deals and amicable communications.
