FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Understanding the cost of commercial cleaning services is crucial for effective budgeting and ensuring you get the best value. Here's what you should know: Customized Quotes are Standard: We don't offer a one-size-fits-all price list. Every commercial space is unique, and so are its cleaning needs. Therefore, pricing is always based on a customized quote after an initial assessment of your facility. Several factors determine the final price: Square Footage: Generally, larger spaces will cost more to clean, though the per-square-foot rate might decrease with scale. Frequency of Service: Daily cleaning will naturally cost more than weekly or monthly service. More frequent cleaning can sometimes lead to a slightly lower per-visit cost due to maintained cleanliness. Scope of Work/Services Required: Do you need basic daily tidying, or comprehensive deep cleaning? Services like floor stripping and waxing, window cleaning, carpet shampooing, post-construction cleanup, or specialized disinfection services will add to the cost. Be specific about your needs. Type of Facility: An office building, medical facility, retail store, industrial warehouse, or restaurant each have different cleaning requirements and regulatory standards, which can impact pricing. Occupancy Level: High-traffic areas and facilities with many occupants may require more intensive cleaning. Current Condition of the Space: If your facility requires significant initial deep cleaning to bring it up to standard, the first few cleans might be more expensive. Supplies and Equipment: While typically included in the quote, specialized equipment or eco-friendly/hypoallergenic products can sometimes influence the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To provide an accurate quote, we will schedule a (free) walk-through of your facility. This allows us to: Assess the size and layout. Understand your specific cleaning requirements and priorities. Identify any specialized areas or challenges. Discuss your budget and frequency preferences. Quotes are Often Itemized (or Can Be): We strive for transparency. Your quote will clearly outline the services included and, in many cases, may be itemized to show the cost breakdown for different tasks or areas. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification on any part of the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
