Kevin was wonderful and easy to work with. It was raining pretty hard at the start of our session. Kevin gave us multiple options such as waiting it out, going to a different location or even trying the next day. We ended up waiting it out and got rewarded with sun. Kevin was patient with us including our busy three year old. We appreciate the extra time he gave us and made sure we got all the pictures we wanted. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will customize my services and prices to work within peoples budgets and offer a discounted rate to non-profits.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have an initial phone call to discuss the clients request. Then we either meet in person or decide upon logistic and services over the phone and email. I tend to customize my offerings and can offer a sliding scale pricing system as needed. Once the session/event is photographed, I bring the images back to the studio and edit to perfection. Then I post images on a private gallery for downloading and purchasing prints. Custom albums, books and print packages are also available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Photography from RIT and a MS in Environmental Education from Leslie College. My first photography job was over 25 years ago as a wedding assistant. Since then, I have shot almost all genres of requests and have taught photography in schools, nature centers, and private groups. I am continuously taking classes and workshops to perfect my skills and technique.
