Although we are just a week in here's what I got; Came to Brisa with what I consider a mess caused by someone who called herself a "bookkeeper" and an accountant who wouldn't be respectful of my questions and concerns. Brisa's associate, Robin has been on it out of the gate. Fortunately, I have most of my records in order but watching this team get everything where it belongs and QuickBooks properly set is a blessing.

My pricing has a range and it depends on the amount of time required. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to pricing. I want to meet my clients where they are at financially.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy getting to know my potential new clients and I want to understand what exactly they need help with. Through conversation, I will explain how I can provide helpful services to relieve their stress and meet their needs. If possible, I will exceed their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience and nearly 6 years of college. I'm in process of becoming a Certified Public Accountant. I also earned the Chartered Tax Professional certificate from The Income Tax School program. Quickbooks online training is another platform that I am highly experienced with and I maintain my ProAdvisor status.
