Introduction: I started this as a service to help my friends, family and neighbors. I was constantly being told I should be doing this as a business from the people I was helping. They stated that they were being over charged, that whatever work was done, or whatever they needed to do, was not explained to them in a language that they could understand. Working with this information is what prompted me to start my PC business. I believe in three precepts to my business; 1.) The customer is always right. 2.) The customer is entitled to a good product or service at a fair price, in addition to being able to understand what was done and how to work with it. 3.) That it needs to be fixed right the first time. I have been in the Computer / Electronics industry since 1991. I have worked for one of the World’s Largest Credit Card Companies, supporting their mass-mailing billing equipment. (You always got your bill right ;) ) I have worked for three of the Largest Technology Firms in the World that have offices here in the Boulder, Loveland-Ft. Collins area. I keep current with all the new Microsoft products and all of the new hardware that is available. This enables me to be able to provide my customers with the latest innovations in the industry to meet their needs.
