I've worked with Sam and his team over the past year to renovate three of my rental properties, and they were fantastic. From day one, Sam kept me in the loop with clear communication which made everything go smoothly. Sam's attention to detail is amazing. He's got a ton of product knowledge and always knew the best options for my projects. The scheduling was spot on, and they were always on time, which really helped keep things moving. I really appreciated how they kept the spaces clean while working. They went the extra mile to keep my properties tidy during the renovations, and the clean-up afterwards was spotless. Sam and his team did a great job with everything – they tiled showers, floors, and backsplashes perfectly and installed over 5000 square feet of LVP and laminate flooring. Their work is top-notch. Sam and his team did an awesome job on my rentals. I'll definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommend!
