- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote all my work based on an hourly rate, and guarantee my price with fixed-price estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to discuss your business, your customers, and what you expect from a design project. I then begin planning, and do the initial concept work depending on the type of project. For logo and other graphics projects, I produce many rough sketches that we later refine to create the final artwork. I do the production, prototyping, and testing. Then, I turn the work over to you when the project concludes. For some projects like websites, I may work with you to monitor the SEO and maintain the site. Overall, the entire process is iterative, interactive and personal as we work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.F.A. from Art Center College of Design, a world-renowned design school where I graduated with highest distinction. I also hold a Master's degree in Chaplaincy and Counseling from Denver Seminary, which I earned in 2011.
