- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always speak with my customers before the shoot to discuss pricing. My packages are set and include fully edited images in an online gallery with the option to download (included) or to purchase prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to find out as much information about my clients as possible before a photo shoot. I usually send a questionnaire to be filled out and returned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended numerous photography classes, including Portrait Photography, Photojournalism, and Photography 1 and 2.
