- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, I assess every project individually and make sure that the work that I am recommending is the work that needs to be done, honesty and integrity are always included in my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with the client, no matter how small or big the project is. I want to be able to assess the job, meet the client, know exactly what is the different options that are available to them, if possible present them with "samples" of different materials, colors, textures available. Let them ask any questions that they have and be able to engage in a conversation about their home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Homeowners, Commercial Business Owners, Corporations, Real Estate Agents, and General Contractors.
