- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend classes and seminars, I've taught a quite few of them too. I'm friends with many contractors and tradesmen and learn from visiting their jobs and just hanging out an having a beer with them too.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work primarily for home buyers but can and have inspected properties for sellers, lenders, property managers and attorneys too.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I take pride in every inspection. But one of the more interesting ones recently was for a paranormal investigator who was checking out an old home with a spooky history.
