This gal was just incredible. I have never had such good customer service in my entire life. Neither has my husband. I had to be gone while this project was being done. With her communication and her willingness to communicate, I literally never had any questions during the project because she was communicating with me via text and let me know what she was doing and the status of things. She contacted our insurance adjuster because she said the adjuster hadn't provided sufficient funds. The adjuster back came out, redid the adjustment, and got us a significant amount of additional monies and Annie said she failed to include certain fees to us that she corrected for our water damage and Annie dealt with the adjuster and everything. After she was done, she had our entire house cleaned. Without her help, my family wouldn't have been able to come to my house for Christmas.

I like to meet with a new client and have a no charge 1st meeting to discuss or determine the scope of their project so I can see if I have time in my schedule to do the project and see if the Client and I are a good fit.

30 plus years of performing all aspects of the Construction Trades.
