Kid's Karate We feature a confidence-building traditional karate program for children with record-breaking retention. Most of our instructors began as children in the 90's and run classes as adults!

Adult Programs The Freedom School is the only true MMA (mixed martial arts) school serving Monument, and the Tri-Lakes area. Teaching defense against strikes, throws, grappling and weapons attacks, The Freedom School is recommended by law enforcement and special forces military professionals for real self-defense.
Also, for ladies only, we have a cutting-edge assault prevention program based around real-world responses. Developed by law enforcement professional who is also a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, it is widely recognized as the quickest way to make a woman safer and stronger.
