My back lawn faces south onto an open area and needed a lot of water to stay alive. I got 4 quotes for artificial turf. Shine Star Services was by far the most competitive, had an excellent rating and SGS Turf co makes great products. I worked with a Bryan who was knowledgeable, prompt, professional and very easy to work with. The install was on time, workmanship was excellent and our back lawn looks great.

Bryan was the most communicative and professional contractor I've worked with on Thumbtack. He was responsive via text and the Thumbtack app, and he consistently provided clear communication regarding booking, pricing, and other details. I have a small backyard, about 125 sq ft, and his team knocked it out in a few hours. He used quality turf that looks great and feels soft, not spiky plastic grass. They even had some creative solutions to allow me to access the sprinkler mechanisms in the lawn while hiding them professionally and keeping the area looking great! I'll definitely be calling Bryan again to have him update our dog run on the side of the house next
