FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually, it was a progression from photography to graphic design to website design. I was a store manager for a local business that was frustrated with traditional marketing options. From there, we experimented with all kinds of internet options. We had success and started helping other neighbor businesses to find success online too. From a retail store manager to freelance digital marketing expert was about a 3 year process. Eventually, I was hired by a large marketing agency in Myrtle Beach where I was the Director of Digital Marketing. The success I found there led me to move back to Colorado and start my own agency, Long Point Digital.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware! There are sharks in these waters. There are just so many resellers, outsourcing, white-labeling, scams, and simply ineffective marketers that you need to be wary of salesman. Big-box national marketing providers are never a good idea. Most of their services are automated. There is no one watching your business and your results will show this, if you know where to look.
