Introduction: Personable, experienced, with happy customers, references available. I am first and foremost, a perfectionist, and love a clean nice smelling home. I am very conscience in regard to "not spreading germs". I sanitize my cleaning towels, both in the washer and dryer, and use specific colors for the bathrooms, and the kitchen. Once used, in the used, in the used rag bag they go. Most of my products are home made, I have found exactly the right product for the job. In kitchens and bath areas, I clean with my kitchen and bath cleaner, and further sanitize with a solution on 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water. I do some glass, as part of my service, doors, especially, and separately, I will do windows on a lower level home only, on the outside, as I don't climb ladders! I will do any and all inside windows on a separate quote. I also provide laundry service. I will wash, dry, and hand or fold your clothes, ready for you to put away. Locally, I will do laundry service also inside of my home, with or without cleaning service. I will work flexible hours, and cater to the night worker. I will also take jobs requiring week end time to do. I will work weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, multi-weekley, or deep cleans yearly. There is no home either too big, nor too small. As all homes are different, I give my prices accordingly to seeing the property, and meeting with the client. Currently as of 6/10/14, I have several openings, but sometimes they fill up fast. I work on a fixed rate, prefer cash payment, and can pin down the time involve to do the job. I also do organizing if needed, home management, re: mattress turning, furnace filter changes, water softener pellets, if needed, or will remind you of when they are due. I will wash bed linens, and make beds if needed. I also run errands, go grocery shopping, what ever you may need done, and don't have the time to do. My only objective, is to see that you are happy, if you aren't happy, then I am not happy either, and I guarantee satisfaction 100%.
