Long review because I am so happy. Good people deserve good praise. I was very fortunate to find Skyler with Four Seasons. I needed help fixing a mini split install that was done for me last week. The line set didn’t look very good (I live in a small row home unit and the line set exited the front of my unit), and the mini split itself wasn’t cooling. He came over right on time with a free estimate. This might not be a big deal to you (it was to me), but he got his tools and tested my system to check what the issue might be as part of his free estimate. I had a few people come over by that point (even with the initial install) and no one had done that.
Needless to say, his quote was fair and reasonable, so I hired him for the job. He was EXTREMELY communicative and really understood what I needed done. Two days after the estimate, he came over to fix the unit and was done in a few hours. My mini split system is working perfectly, and the line set looks so much better than it did before.

Skylar is OUTSTANDING!! Quickly repaired my two AC uunits for less than $700. Patriot Pros told me they'd have to be replaced and it'd cost $16k. Would highly recommend him to everyone!!

After so many bad experiences with HVAC "experts" it was a pleasant surprise to meet someone with the knowledge and integrity of Four Seasons Heating and Air. During the 4th of July holiday weekend, Skyler showed up, diagnosed our AC unit and explained what was wrong and what our options were. He got our unit up and running within a couple of hours. We highly recommend Skyler and Four Seasons. We will definitely use his services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of our discounts include, military, veteran, first responders, and teachers. Whether it's a discount, a waived service fee with a repair, or just a discount for a great review we have them here! We are dedicated to doing the job right at a fair price. We may not be the cheapest but we do not cut corners EVER. We offer many discounts and incentives for our loyal customers.
We care for our customers and realize they have other places they'd like to spend their money so we keep our prices fair and reward our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we need the customers basic information. (can't fix the problem if we can't look at the unit ;) While during our first conversation we happily answer every question they have that can be answered by phone. We will then schedule an appointment to come and investigate the issue they are having. Upon arrival we explain more about our company, get to know our new customer and invite the customer to watch us work if they would like. After the issue is found we present as many options as possible so our customer can make an informed decision that is best for their family. If we are running any deals we will let the customer know and upon approval will remedy the issue. In closing we collect payment for our services and hope that we have formed a long and lasting relationship with that customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A two year degree from Eastfield Technical College in Applied HVAC technologies, 16 years in on the job training, NATE/ICE certification, and other training certificates.
