McKinny Contracting did an excellent job removing and installing a new backyard patio, walkway and some concrete repair in my basement. It was refreshing to work with a contractor who did exactly what was explained would be done during the initial estimate visit. Chatham is courteous, punctual and very reasonable with his pricing. Chatham and McKinny Contracting were great from start to finish. They were friendly, fairly priced, stuck to deadlines, and worked hard to achieve exactly what we wanted. They replaced our existing flagstone patio and gravel sidewalk with concrete, extended our porch, and built a new railing. We appreciated the constant communication and are very happy with the completed project.
