We provide transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. All costs are based on the scope of work, materials, and time required to complete the job safely and to code. Diagnostic fees may apply for troubleshooting, and emergency or after-hours service is priced separately. Any promotions or service specials are clearly communicated in advance. Our pricing reflects licensed, insured, high-quality electrical work done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call or message to understand your needs. Then we schedule an on-site visit if necessary to evaluate the project and discuss options. After that, we provide a clear, written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete it professionally and safely, and walk you through everything when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed electricians with extensive field experience. Our team has formal electrical training, continuous code education, and real-world experience in residential and commercial electrical systems. We stay current with local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
