Hello,
I hired Garrett and team to install a 6' fence, gate and split rail fence. There work and time required to finish the job has been very good. As I am writing this Garrett is finishing up the split rail fencing. I have not really inspected their work in great detail, but from my initial inspection everything looks good. I am sure if I have any issues that Garrett and team will address them in a timely manner. I have some other projects planned and Garrett is working on estimates. I believe from my initial experience with Garrett that I will use his services on future projects.

Garrett removed an old, broken post on our backyard fence and repaired it with a new post. He also installed a new gate latch for us. He always showed up on time and he completed the project very quickly. He was easy to work with - very polite and professional. It was definitely a great experience.

The price was good and the work was done quickly. Communication with the owner about payment and work progress was very good. When the rest of the fence needs replacing, we will definitely hire Summit Property Services!

Garrett and team did a great job, the fence is beautiful and secure. They have very reasonable prices and worked with us to deal with HOA approvals. I highly recommend Summit Services and would hire them again.
