I hired Dominion Construction to complete a basement unit with 2bd/1bath, full kitchen, with a terrace level walkout access, with laundry room and storage space. Unlike the experiences of many of my friends, mine was very pleasant. Tewodros (Teddy) was very professional. From his project proposal to each deliverable, he showed up above and beyond. The choices of materials such as flooring, cabinets, electrical and other fixtures were of very impressive quality.
He was very flexible to make changes in terms of design, material and time frames. I have had a couple of family emergencies during the project; however, Teddy took care of the project by closely monitoring the ground work, while keeping me in the loop. I ended up giving his company additional projects including landscaping, exterior and other expansion work. Not only that he was great, his team like framers, tile, countertop, plumbing and paint people did an amazing job.
If you appreciate integrity, honesty, punctuality and smooth communication on your next project, Teddy and his team are your guys. It is with so much joy that I recommend Dominion to your next construction and consultancy project.

Last time I signed contract with the company to do a basement of my house project. They performed the work professionally and efficiently.They did quality work and competed ahead of time in the contract.
