Electric vehicle. 12v oem battery died about 30min after charging the drive battery. Used thumbtacj, they connected me to cross road auto. This was around 4:45 am Sunday morning. Despite most places being closed, Louis was able to find a agm battery, bring to to where I was at, install it, and verify the vehicle drive battery was properly sending it a charge with a voltage meter. I was able to drive home, and the battery and iccu all responding perfectly, allowing me to make it home in time for my kiddos morning wakeup. Thank you Cross Road auto and thank you Louis.

Louis is amazing. He is honest and resolved my issues and did not go about my situation the way most shops do and adding extra work that's not necessary just to get your money. He is 100% honest and performs and shows you what he's doing and why he had to do whatever it may be and it's always in the best interest of myself and others.
