We called Matteo for a roof repair. He was most prompt in all his correspondence and very professional in his work. A previous contractor ripped us off and incurred even more damage. Matteo offered professional advice, repaired the previous damage, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We would definitely call Matteo again and will seek his services in the future. Matteo is an excellent professional.

I had a leak on a flat roof due to poor original contractor workmanship. Matteo arrived on site and quickly found the leak and repaired it. He also repaired damaged drywall caused by the leak. He offered all the work for a fair price. We recently had a couple days of heavy rains and so far no more leaking. I would hire him again.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a complete re-roof on the ViewHouse in Centennial, CO. After a violent 2015 hail storm, the property owner was offered $60,000 by his insurance for the roof repair, our HAAG Certified adjustor brought the claim to $562,000. All the damage was covered and the roof properly restored. The owner was very happy with the extra insurance proceeds and his brand new roof. (Pictures and reference letter attached)
