Matteo and his crew from Top That were fantastic! We needed a total re-roof on our 100-year-old house with a couple of modern additions, which has a complicated roofline with many different pitches and intersections. We even had some old wood shake sections which needed to be removed, and re-decked before they could be roofed with modern material. Several other companies had trouble even getting us a quote, and the ones who did come through repeatedly delayed the process. In the end, Matteo's price was very competitive, but what really stood out was his attention to detail and prompt, thorough communication. Where other companies took days (or even weeks) to respond, Matteo answered in hours! When we did finally commit to use Top That, he got everything rolling really quickly. Within days, we had material on-site, he took care of the permit process (including an unexpected review by the city's historical board), and his crew arrived. The work was done quickly and professionally, and they were meticulous about cleaning up and putting everything back in place. We had a great experience with Matteo and Top That, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again; highly recommended!

Mateo did a great job. He went the extra mile to ensure that our pitched metal roof was completed sealed. Composite material used on the main part of the house was of exceptional quality and the workmanship of the workers was very good. I give Mateo and the team at Top That Roofing an outstanding.

I had a leak on a flat roof due to poor original contractor workmanship. Matteo arrived on site and quickly found the leak and repaired it. He also repaired damaged drywall caused by the leak. He offered all the work for a fair price. We recently had a couple days of heavy rains and so far no more leaking. I would hire him again.

Matteo was great! We were looking for someone to do a yearly roof inspection, and we were impressed by his previous work and recommendations on Thumbtack. Our communication with him to set up the visit was easy, and his inspection was thorough and very informative. He pointed out some spots that he recommended we seek warranty work on (we have a new home), and he explained in detail how some hail damage spots affected the particular shingles. He even cleared out an old wasps nest and some building materials left by contractors. If we need to get any roof work done in the future we'll be calling Matteo!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a complete re-roof on the ViewHouse in Centennial, CO. After a violent 2015 hail storm, the property owner was offered $60,000 by his insurance for the roof repair, our HAAG Certified adjustor brought the claim to $562,000. All the damage was covered and the roof properly restored. The owner was very happy with the extra insurance proceeds and his brand new roof. (Pictures and reference letter attached)
