- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are all inclusive. There are no hidden costs for mileage, lighting, etc. All prices are extremely competitive. I want you to get the best service I can provide for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an initial meeting to discuss your expectations and details of the event. We will continue to be in touch regarding playlists, details, etc. A week before the event we will discuss final details either in person, or email. The day of the event we will be available for services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have had a passion for music my entire life. We were asked to run a dance for the Platteville Recreation Center (due our regular involvement in the community). Then my children started high school and came home from their first dance stating that no one was dancing. We decided to do something about it. We bought equipment and hosted a dance for Valley High School. The sponsor of the dance stated that was the first dance she had been to that there was hardly anyone sitting. We continued to do weddings for friends and dances for the school and recreation center. Then, the announcer at the school passed away. I was asked to fill in. I am now currently the announcer for sporting events at Valley High School.
