- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs will have a minimum of 2 professionals at all times. Professional Labor cost starting at $35 and up per hour ; packers/unpacking , yard raking , weeding , snow removal , etc... Professional moving labor cost starting at $45 and up Professional construction costs by bid. Specials and discounts available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make a scheduling call, typically only 5-10 minutes, to find out how we can best service the customers needs. Then we will call the morning for service, to make sure the scheduled time is still best for there needs. We will provide the service , insuring along the way the customers needs are being met to the fullest potential. We will collect payment after the service is provided and the customer is happy and fulfilled. We will then ask how we did and if there is any way we could be of any further assistance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took classes for building trade's in school I worked as an apprentice for two years I have over 10 years real life work experience in moving, labor, and light construction. I have over 12 years experience in snow/ice removal. I have over 30 online moving professional course completed I graduated with a 3.5gpa.
