Every single person I worked with and interacted with on the mold remediation project were friendly, professional and all around good people. The price was fair and their work was incredible. They 100% took care of our black mold issue professionally and in a timely manner. I felt like I was in good hands and our insurance adjuster recommended them! Their quality of work was evident. We also live in the middle of nowhere and they helped us when virtually no other company we contacted would make the trip. We're so grateful. Thanks again, Travis! SO-CO was so easy to work with. They are quick to reply to messages, are flexible with their scheduling, have great prices and are good people to work with. They encapsulated my crawlspace and did such an amazing job! Also, these guys are smart and can talk about mold and all the science behind it. They know what theyre doing and they can be trusted to do a great job.

We had a major flood. The SO-CO team were quick to act, they brought in equipment that helped save our hardwood flooring and warm the home as the furnace had been flooded out and would not work. It wasn't long before we went from a dripping mess to a progressively warm, dry home. Thank you so much SO-CO team for such great work, kindness and amazing customer service!!

Travis was very professional and responsive. I called him on a Friday evening after 6 pm and he came out the next Monday first thing in the morning and repaired our issue. I would definitely recommend him!

We had a crack in our sewer line and a little pond of water sewage under our house SO-CO came out within just hours and re mediated the smell . Very Professional and highly recommended.
