Once again, we had an emergency as a result of our water heater going out and nearly flooding our basement. Within minutes of calling, the crew from So-Co was downstairs with their equipment sucking up the water, lifting the carpet and had their dryers/blowers going strong. We highly recommend this professional locally owned company! Thanks again!

So-Co was easy to schedule with and Travis Keys kept us posted on his schedule and came the same day we called. We had water damage in our basement and Travis was very honest and let us know what we could do on our own to help with the damage from the water. We had a major flood. The SO-CO team were quick to act, they brought in equipment that helped save our hardwood flooring and warm the home as the furnace had been flooded out and would not work. It wasn't long before we went from a dripping mess to a progressively warm, dry home. Thank you so much SO-CO team for such great work, kindness and amazing customer service!!
