We had a great experience with So-CO Water Damage. They came out first thing and assessed the damage, gave an estimate and got right to work drying out our carpet in a hallway, living room and my son's room. They had a worker come out on a Sunday and determined that the carpets were dry so they were able to remove the equipment and I wasn't charged for time that wasn't needed by having to wait until Monday. Would definitely recommend if you need this service!

Every single person I worked with and interacted with on the mold remediation project were friendly, professional and all around good people. The price was fair and their work was incredible. They 100% took care of our black mold issue professionally and in a timely manner. I felt like I was in good hands and our insurance adjuster recommended them! Their quality of work was evident. We also live in the middle of nowhere and they helped us when virtually no other company we contacted would make the trip. We're so grateful. Thanks again, Travis! We really appreciate everything you did to help us out!

SO-CO was so easy to work with. They are quick to reply to messages, are flexible with their scheduling, have great prices and are good people to work with. They encapsulated my crawlspace and did such an amazing job! Also, these guys are smart and can talk about mold and all the science behind it. They know what theyre doing and they can be trusted to do a great job.

I had a water pipe under the stairs of a unit I rent out burst. The tenant said they noticed water in the carpet. SO-CO was out quickly to help clean up the mess. Larry communicated well with me through the whole process especially since I was not around. They did a fantastic job taking care of all the water and drying everything out properly. They were professional and honest. They worked with my tenant well too. If I have any problems again I will without a doubt call them.

How do you thank a crew of superheroes? We woke to find our lower three rooms and crawl space underwater. We knew we needed help and found So Co. They indicated they would be here in 20 minutes and arrived in 18. They started pumping water and hauling items out of the flooded area immediately. This was on a 103 degree day. Our air had gone out and not a single complaint. It had to be repeated a second day as our neighbors irrigation line repeated and re-flooded our home. They arrived on schedule and found the new flooded area and as depressed as we were, they gave us encouragement, brought more team members to haul 40 years of memories and furniture out and onto a trailer for safe keeping. They NEVER stopped or showed even the slightest inkling they were going to quit until our house was dry. We didnt save everything. Water is a mighty force. But our floors have been replaced and our furniture is backthanks to some amazing individuals. Travis lead this crew and has been instrumental in keeping me as sane as possible. Larry and David were with us to measure water in the walls and floor. Teresa oversaw the vacuuming of the water and worked daily with a smile and the younger movers were crazy good going in and out of the crawl space never complaining even in the most difficult situation. We love these new friends of ours. We cant thank you enough. While we hope this never happens to us or you, if it does we wont hesitate to call and neither should you.
