How do you thank a crew of superheroes? We woke to find our lower three rooms and crawl space underwater. We knew we needed help and found So Co. They indicated they would be here in 20 minutes and arrived in 18. They started pumping water and hauling items out of the flooded area immediately. This was on a 103 degree day. Our air had gone out and not a single complaint. It had to be repeated a second day as our neighbors irrigation line repeated and re-flooded our home. They arrived on schedule and found the new flooded area and as depressed as we were, they gave us encouragement, brought more team members to haul 40 years of memories and furniture out and onto a trailer for safe keeping. They NEVER stopped or showed even the slightest inkling they were going to quit until our house was dry. We didnt save everything. Water is a mighty force. But our floors have been replaced and our furniture is backthanks to some amazing individuals. Travis lead this crew and has been instrumental in keeping me as sane as possible. Larry and David were with us to measure water in the walls and floor. Teresa oversaw the vacuuming of the water and worked daily with a smile and the younger movers were crazy good going in and out of the crawl space never complaining even in the most difficult situation. We love these new friends of ours. We cant thank you enough. While we hope this never happens to us or you, if it does we wont hesitate to call and neither should you.

You get what you pay for and then some. Darrell, SOCO owner, was prompt to schedule a free inspection of my home and assess the damages. He gave us tips & tricks to DIY and offered very reasonably priced services to us if we saw fit to do business with SOCO. After consideration, we setup an appointment to deal with our water damage since we didn't quite know the extent of it. Larry, a SOCO employee who performed the job, was very knowledgeable and considerate while in my home. We were able to remove damaged sheetrock and mitigate the mold problem all in one day. He gave us insight as to where the water was entering the home and Darrell recommended two professional contractors to help with the remaining repairs. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service and the work done.

Talk about a class act! The building I manage basement was flooded, when So-Co came in they were so professional, it was almost like watching a movie, these guys just came in and not only assessed the situation but resolved it with the up-most professionalism I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend So-Co Enterprises to any one in need of their services. They made this horrible mess I had to deal with, seem easy. Thank you so much SO-CO !
