Budget Construction did an absolute amazing job! I had called several companies to turn a set of french doors into a single, and frame in a half wall that was part of the master bathroom. When each company came in, they simply just me a price and walked out. Being someone who is not well versed in construction, I wanted to know what the process was to see if one project would effect another in the future. Mark, with Budget Construction not only came in the day I called, but also walked me through the entire process of what he was going to do, and possible alternatives.
The communication and professionalism throughout the remodel was amongst the best I have ever encountered with any company. Mark not only communicated everything he was doing each day, but followed up with me even after the project was completed. He even came back, on his own, to touch up on a few things I did not realize needed touching up!
I had an unbelievable experience with Mark and Budget Construction, and would 100% recommend them for your next remodel/project.

Mark was extremely friendly, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable right off the bat. He was our clear choice after meeting with several different contractors. He performed the job quickly and kept us in the loop with every step of the project. Everything exceeded our expectations and we have already referred him to neighbors and friends. We will be working with him again when we remodel our bathroom and eventually our kitchen. And probably just having him over for a beer- he's that great of a guy!

Mark truly did an amazing job! My husband and I removed a wall between our living room and kitchen to create an open concept. We wanted the room to look as if it had always been that way but we struggled repairing the dry wall and getting the texture to match. So, we called Mark in to get the job done.
The texture between the rooms was hand done in the 70’s so it was hard to match but he did a really nice job blending it. He also repaired dry wall around some light fixtures, tidied up the end of one wall, fixed a patch in the bathroom and had to texture the ceiling in the living room to match the kitchen texture which was quite the job.
He was very thorough throughout the process explaining what he was doing and why. He was on time for the job and he took his time to ensure the quality of his work was top notch. He took pride in trying to establish a professional relationship with us and was quick to respond when we had a question.
I have already referred him to friends and family and I will continue to use his services in the future for any other work I have. Thank you so much for your hard work Mark. Daniel and I really appreciate it!

I hired mark to install tile in my kitchen after having some water damage, and my experience working with him was fantastic! My initial impression was he was trustworthy and took pride in his craft, and he didn't prove me wrong. From the start, he was very responsive and took full initiative in getting what was need to complete the job, providing his thoughts on what would work the best, making it easy on my hectic schedule, and communicated with me throughout the project. The floors look great!! I will definitely be using Mark again for any additional projects I have.
