They haven’t done the work yet but arrived on time to do the estimate, sent picture of Zach so I knew who was coming. Zach was very polite and knowledgeable and sent the estimate right away. If possible I will update this when work is done.

Zack was extremely helpful when we reached out for help with a water leak. He gave us suggestions before he came out and we were able to resolve with the City thanks to his advice. It was really nice working with someone who took the time to answer our questions before doing an onsite estimate. He allowed us to send videos and gave us phone advice which saved us time and money by contacting the City to fix the problem (since it was on the water main). Will definitely be working with Zack in the future.

American sewer and plumbing did an outstanding job for our urgent project. We had a sewer pipe break and all of the plumbing was backed up. They came out and saw the project and rescheduled a team to come out the same day. The workers showed up on time did a great job and totally cleaned up when they were done. I could not have asked for a more professional job or more outstanding customer service.
