- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge per the hour, but this includes three men, so we work much faster than other handymen or crews. We generally beat any quote you send our way by 10%. So again we pride ourselves on price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to meet you, either by phone call or in person, as soon as possible. We do this so that you can see we actually have personalities and that we are not just another business trying to sell something. We are selling ourselves and our personalities!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All three of us have obtained our bachelors degrees. One from CU one from CSU and one from Metro State. Our degrees deal with people and business, so they help us offer the best service possible to our customers.
