Introduction: Our Project Managers are on-site throughout the project to ensure the job is being completed to my Military Standards. The US Navy engrained in me attention to detail and that is what I demand out of our crews. Our office staff works directly with Insurance companies when claims have been submitted. They will ensure that the customer is getting everything that they are owed. We will walk the customer through the entire process and also give our recommendations on how to lower your monthly premiums. We recently saved a customer $1800/yr!! I take great pride in ensuring the job is done to my standards. I absolutely love it when I do the final walk through with a customer and hear "Thank You, Thank You, Thank You". Our job sites are thoroughly cleaned and magnetized daily. When we are done the only thing you will notice is your new roof!

Sheila was very professional and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the job. She was willing to work with our changing timeframe and she looked after our roof as if it was her own. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We cannot recommend her enough!

Sheila was a pleasure to work with. She runs a very clean business. She has great installers who do a really good job. She is extremely busy, especially with all the hail we have had this year, but she still manages to communicate thotoughly and effectively. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is next to impossible to price a re-roof without seeing and measuring the property. I could have 2 houses with the exact same square footage, but one my be a single ridge and the other may have dormers and hips. All of these play a role in extra product, so it is absolutely necessary that a service professional measure the property in order to give an actual and accurate price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working new customer varies from customer to customer. Each customer has different levels of education about roofing. She B Roofing takes the time to get to know our customers and explain the step by step process of getting a new roof.
