Manny and his team were excellent! We had a cement patio and sidewalk poured along with a little landscaping demo. The workmanship was top-notch. Manny is excellent at responding promptly and communicating, the best we’ve had from any contractor. We will be using them again. Do not hesitate in hiring this company!

We had a concrete patio and sidewalk poured with Granillo Homes - they did an amazing job and we are very happy with their work. They were very conscientious of the weather (it was December), came out almost daily to check that the ground was dry, laid blankets out if it got cold, lots of prep work to make sure the pour was good. It looks amazing and we expect it to last for years and years... Would highly recommend!

Manuel and his team did my patio and it turned out amazing! They were on time every day and quick. He was able to fit me into his schedule very quickly and they did awesome work. If you are looking to get concrete work done, this is the best crew to hire!

Manuel and the crew did an awesome job on my driveway. They tore out the old concrete and poured a brand new one, and it came out perfect. Super clean work, great communication, and they got it done fast. I’m really happy with how it looks, I definitely recommend these guys if you need concrete work done!

Manuel and his crew at Granillo Signature Homes did an amazing job finishing our entire basement with a flawless level 5 finish. They were fast, precise, professional, and the quality of their work really shows. Smooth walls, clean lines, and great attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any drywall project!
